Bighorn Archaeological Consultants, LLC (Bighorn) was organized in March of 2004 by Dale R. Gourley and Jon R. Baxter. It is a small business providing archaeological consulting throughout the Western States. The firm employs 10 full-time archaeologists. The owners of Bighorn have a combined total of more than twenty-nine years experience meeting federal, state and local permitting requirements.
